I. Application Deadline and
Submission Instructions The
deadline for all applications has been extended to Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their application
form and accompanying essays through our web-based application system to ensure timely
receipt. Original letters of reference, transcripts, and other original
documentation should be airmailed directly to the Training Future Leaders

applicants to download and review the complete application package prior to
beginning to complete the application electronically. Download the TFL

transcripts) that cannot be submitted electronically must be postmarked no
later than 2. Interviews for Short-listed Applicants Following the
application deadline, selection committees composed of local professionals in
each of the priority TFL sectors, USAID staff, and AED staff will review each
application, and shortlisted candidates will be invited to interviews in
their home country. In selected cases, when an in-person interview is not
possible, telephone interviews may be substituted. 3. Selection of Semi-Finalists and Testing Semi-finalists will be
notified in the Spring 2008 of their selection. If semi-finalists have not
yet submitted TOEFL and GRE scores, TFL staff will assist them in registering
for the next available testing date in their home country. |
