In selected cases, when an in-person interview is not possible, telephone interviews may be substituted.

3. Selection of Semi-Finalists and Testing

Semi-finalists will be notified in the Spring 2008 of their selection. If semi-finalists have not yet submitted TOEFL and GRE scores, TFL staff will assist them in registering for the next available testing date in their home country.
